2009 - 2010 Fees & Policies
Classes fees:
The fee schedule for 2009 - 2010 one hour classes are:

$35 per month (1 class/week)   $65 per month (2 classes/week) 
             $95 per month (3 classes/week)$125 per month (4 classes/week)   
         $150 per month (5 classes/week)  
The fee for the 90 minute class is $45

Class fees are paid in their entirety every month based upon an average month of 4 weeks (June fees will be ½ the regular monthly fee).  Classes with 3 or 5 meetings  in a month are charged the same as the average month of 4 meetings.  There are no prorates or credits for classes missed.  Students may arrange to make up a class by attending another regularly scheduled class.  Refunds are not issued for students who stop attending.  Fees are due the 1st class of each month.  Fees received after the 10th of the month will be assessed a $5 late fee.  Students whose class fees become 30 days overdue may be dropped from their classes and their spot may be filled from the waiting list.  All fees are to be paid by check, which will serve as your receipt.  All returned checks will be assessed a $10 fee. 

A non-refundable annual registration fee of $15 (for one student, add $5 for each additional student) is paid at the time of registration.  Make all checks out to ZAPP Academy.  You may drop you payments off in the box at the studio or mail it to the business address: 771 Greenwich Ave., Eugene, OR  97404.

The studio has an annual recital set for June 12th & 13th at Lane Community College.  Dancers pay a $25 (for one dancer, add $5 for each subsequent dancer in that family) recital fee with their March class fees.  The recital fee entitles each family 2 (two) tickets to the recital.  Additional recital tickets will be available for purchase, we will notify you how to get these tickets as we near the recital date.  Students must have all fees paid in order to participate in the recital. 

Some classes will purchase costumes for the recital, sizing will be done in January in class.   Full payment for costumes will be due in February.  Specific costs will be given as soon as we have decided on the costume.  All dancers will purchase a recital t-shirt ($10).

The studio will be closed for
Thanksgiving - November 26th & 27th
Winter Break - December 21st - January 3rd
Spring Break - March 22nd - March 26th
Memorial Day - May 31st

Observers are allowed in the last 1/2 hour of the first class of each month, otherwise observers are not permitted.  Observers who choose to come in at this time must present no distraction to the class.  If younger siblings of dancers come as observers, parents must keep them seated and quiet so as not to disturb the class.

All classes are subject to cancellation due to enrollment.

Our dance year runs from September 8th 2009 through June 13th 2010.
